Programme’s Description:The Programme for Legal Education and Awareness(PLEA)aims to enhance the analytical, critical skills of aspiring lawyers along with their written and oral presentation skills to reduce the gap between experienced legal professionals and young lawyers entering the profession,expose them to a variety of facets of the profession,express support to the underserved communities and mobilise the young to be change makers. PLEA offers a range of activities such as interactive sessions,discussion forums,lectures by experts and educational workshops for beginners.
Job Description:
-coordination with various law firms,lawyers and advocates to engage speakers and experts for the sessions.
-Drafting of templates and deciding on the content of the various topics to be covered by the speaker
-Organizing the various events and assisting in conducting sessions for junior law students.
Job Requirement
-Ability to coordinate with participants and stakeholders at various levels and travel for meetings.
-Up to date knowledge on the latest legal developments and sound knowledge of the basics of law.
-Effective use of resources and ability to ensure outcomes within timelines
-Good strategic, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
-High proficiency of spoken and written English.

Job Description: Assist the engagement manager in conducting fact finding investigations by conducting one or more of the following key activities:
1. Conduct legal research work which may be helpful for the case under investigation
2. Conduct document and data review with an eye for detail to identify fraud
3. Assist the engagement manager and the engagement Partner in developing client solutions with focus on criminal offences
4. For employee fraud investigations, conduct email/disk data reviews with an objective of identifying incriminating or circumstantial evidence of fraud perpetrated and in the process identify additional employees/third parties such as vendors etc. who may be colluding with the fraudster.
5. Gather information on the fraudster by identifying information available on social media websites and other internet based searches
6. Assist the engagement manager in drafting of the forensic report
