Candidate Requirements:

• 60% above throughout SSC, HSC, Graduation and PGPM/MBA.

Recruitment Process:

A) Receipt of eligible students details as per the JD from the college.

B) Sharing the confirmation of the list of eligible students to the college for further process.

C) Conducting the following:

1) Online test – Domain and Aptitude to be conducted by the recruiter’s Business Associate.

2) Psychometric Assessment – to be conducted by recruiter’s Business Associate for the students who qualify the online written test.

3) Interviews – Campus visit of Tata Power panel wherein the following will be conducted:

i) Pre Placement Presentation

ii) Group Discussion &

iii. Personal Interviews

D) Issue of “Letter of Offer” to the College on selections.

NOTE: All selected students will undergo “pre employment medical test”, which will be duly certified by the Company’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO)”; and the final offer will be issued to the selected students on having them found medically fit by the CMO.

CTC: INR 9.5 LPA + other benefits such as Housing, Medical Insurance, canteen facility, Travel facility, Hospitalization Coverage, Higher Education Support, Holiday Homes, Sabbatical, Trainee Education Loan Support, Mobile Phone and Data Card, etc. as per company policies.
